About the Company

1401-heart-terms-artInfrasonix, Inc. is a Georgia corporation formed in January of 2015 engaged in the business of innovating medical devices, with core competence in the fast tracking of products from research and development to commercialization.

The initial focus of the company is to evaluate an important disruptive medical technology created by a world famous public technology development organization in order to establish its efficacy. The company will then create additional intellectual property to protect its interests, and conclude a global licensing agreement with the licensor, to facilitate the domestic and international marketing and sale of product(s) derived from the technology.

The technology is a completely new generation of detection technology which is believed to be capable of earlier identification and quantifying of the extent of cardiovascular disease states in subjects during a routine annual physical exam. It is also predicted that this technology will be capable of providing valuable information of importance to other disease states to be identified.

Nigel Flynn
Nigel FlynnChairman & President

Nigel Flynn has enjoyed an international business career with extensive business experience in the United Kingdom and Western Europe as well as the United States over the past thirty years.

Nigel was born and raised in the County of Yorkshire in the North of England, with strong English and Irish family roots. His formal education began with a Degree in Pure Chemistry from Hull University, followed by research in Materials Science and Applied Molecular Biology leading to a PhD from Manchester University. In the course of his research, he was responsible for the first of more than forty international patents to date. [ More ]

Jack Flowers

Jack Flowers’ biography encompasses several careers. From the military to Wall Street, from Hollywood executive to venture capitalist, Jack has unique experience in business as well as the creative arts. Originally from Indiana, he graduated in 1963 from Fishers High School in a class of 23 students. At the time Sputnik influenced any young student good in math to pursue a degree in the sciences. He enrolled at Rose Polytechnic Institute in Terre Haute, Indiana. [ More ]


John Leverett
John LeverettDirector

John was Born and educated in London, England before moving to the United States to pursue a career in sales.  As sales manager for a major International Corporation for 23 years John directed a team of sales managers and a network of several hundred dealers becoming the youngest international sales manager of the year for that company.  He was responsible for sales, marketing and advertising functions within this dealer base. As a second career in sales management john has spent the last 13 years as director and VP of sales for a specialty manufacturing group. He is a Vietnam War Vet and is married with three children.

Benjamin White

Born and raised in New York, NY, Benjamin White graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA in 2004 and cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2008. Following graduation, Benjamin attended the New York University School of Law where he earned his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation. Benjamin was honored to accept an associate position at Feingold & Alpert, LLP, one of New York’s leading tax boutique firms, where his practice focused on highly complex domestic and international tax planning strategies as well New York State tax controversy cases.  Benjamin remains an active member of both the New York and Florida Bar.  [ More ]

Richard Stimson

Richard “Rick” Stimson is President of Richard W. Stimson, LLC, providing legal and consulting services to several Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft Corporation, PayPal, and Nokia. Rick was formerly a senior executive at both GTE Corporation (now Verizon) and Nokia Corporation. As Vice President of Government Affairs and General Counsel of GTE’s cellular telephone operations, Rick guided the legal, regulatory and intellectual property affairs of GTE’s cellular business as revenues grew from $25 million to over $4 billion dollars. Rick represented GTE in transactions and litigation in the US, South America, the European Union, Asia and the Middle East. In 1998, Rick was appointed Vice President and Associate General Counsel of GTE Corporation with worldwide responsibility for litigation and anti-trust matters, in addition to the supervision of US wireless telecommunications legal matters.
